Welcome, Kadaj

Who: Kadaj & Open
Where: Beach port, nearby shops.
When: Dusk
What: Kadaj's arrival may bring some upset to local residents.

Kadaj reached blindly at a voice that had asked him for money and wrapped a fist around the figure’s soggy coat.

“P-please,” the beggar held up his hands defensively, trying not to stumble. The remnant clicked his tongue in disgust.

“I’m just hungry. So hungry,” the old man began to sob.

It wasn’t every day Kadaj woke up and didn’t know where he was. He didn’t like the idea of not knowing, the idea of losing control. All he needed were answers, and answers he would get—one way or another.

He preferred better prey, but a beggar was better than nothing.

“What did they do with Mother?” Kadaj questioned in a demanding tone. He unsheathed his katana and made sure his new prisoner could see the sharp double blades.

The bum squinted and exposed remarkably stained teeth. “I don’t know. Please, mister, I’m so hungry. So cold.”

Yazoo's pretty grossed out.

Who: Yazoo & YOU!
Where: The Beach
When: Sometimes in the afternoon
Why: Yazoo is serious grossed out.

Yazoo was alone on his trip out, he was lucky that no one was around him to bother him on this early morning. He zipped up his leather jacket to his throat, slipped his boots on and headed out towards the beach. After all, the stench couldn't infect the sea air, could it? Hopefully, not.

The silver-haired man slipped through the daily crowd, shoving many out of his way and never bothering to announce an apology. His heavy footfalls were having issues finding his way back to the beach that he woke up on, but he was sure to find it. The level of disgust stay with him all the way until he found the long, stone stairs that lead down to the water. Yazoo side-stepped down the stairs as quickly as he could until he leather boot hit the sand and he sighed.

Finally, the stench is gone.

The low sea-level of the beach made it difficult for anything other than rocks, sand and some forest dwelling far in one of the directions. When he was on the sand, he just stood there and unzipped the top of his coat until it reached his chest. The sea air felt and smelled much better than the whole city above the stairs.

Maybe, I should sleep here. Hmph. He thought to himself.

Thought that's not reached

Who: Paddra Nsu-Yeul & Caius Ballad
Where: The Open Beach
When: Mid-day, after the festival.
What: She noticed that he has arrived, she intends on making it

The effortless sound of the wind wisps through silvery strands belonging to Yeul, she set with her body facing the waves and the incoming tide. The ocean gave nothing to be desired, it was dark as a night sky against the blinding sun, but she was thankful that a nearby rock formation kept her out of the light. She kept her eyes closed, taking in the breeze with her long wait.

Now that she had this pitiful living body, it was in need of both heat and chill when it was necessary along with food and water. Yeul was tangible again, even in her body charged with Etro's powers and gifts bestowed upon her; she was weak and in need of protection. The pale Seeress was not without visions, but she was without the endless dying that went along with it now. She was lucky that the paradox had been resolved by her becoming a goddess.

Then again, she was a paradox again; a god with a human life. While she awaited for Caius to arrived, she kept her eyes closed until she heard his voice or some inkling that he was within her reality.
